Brought our infinity QX 50 for service maintenance. They gave my husband a wrong invoice worth $3400 and a wrong key. When my husband asked, they rechecked and found out that the invoice they gave us They gave my husband a wrong invoice worth $3400 and a wrong key. When my husband asked, they rechecked and found out that the invoice they gave us was not for our car and the service and maintenance fee for our car cost $500 and not $3400. If my husband did not get it rechecked, they could have replaced wrong parts in my car and we would have paid thousands for unnecessary repair. It’s totally not safe and negligent on Infiniti’s part. Ahmad in sales was trying to sell me a new car and trade in my old vehicle. I mentioned that my vehicle's gas tank was too small and that I was probably going to lean toward a hybrid for my next vehicle. in my old vehicle. He kept pushing for an appointment. I said I could not commit. I had a loaner vehicle and when I returned the next day, I came to find out that Ahmad had taken my vehicle key home with him. He expected me to meet with him the evening before (which I told him I could not confirm). I felt like this was a TERRIBLE used car salesman tactic to get me to meet with him.
