Above and Beyond Christine in Service was super from the time I called to make the appointment to pick up. Every step of the way, she was on top of things - came outside to greet me, honestly discussed the price since I wasn't filing a claim after all, didn't bat an eye when I asked for two other things to be reviewed during the repair service, had my loaner all ready to go in front of service area, and then processed my payment over the phone and had my paperwork ready at pickup so I could dash out the door. Salesman Mike Durkin came over and changed the channel on the TV so my kids could watch cartoons. He was friendly and helped pass the time by chatting with me. The ladies at the service area were very friendly and courteous with genuine smiles. Laura and Mike were exceptional to work with and having bought 2 cars from Mike in the past, we will definitely go back to him personally for future purchases, and continue to bring our cars in to this dealer for services, no matter the make. And my kids now ask if we are going back to the car dealer with the "good snacks and drinks and TV for kids." More
