Oil Change Plus Extras I came in for just an oil change (which was free) and left after a large bill due to "recommended" fluid flushes, belt changes and yet another battery I came in for just an oil change (which was free) and left after a large bill due to "recommended" fluid flushes, belt changes and yet another battery change. I don't understand why my Infiniti needs a new battery every one to two years even though I drive a lot and most every day the car is driven. At least Infiniti covers some of the battery costs. One time the technician told me the brake pads were on backwards and the next time, even though I didn't change anything, they said all was fine. Makes one go hmmmmmm. The technician did NOT place one of those stickers on the inside of my windshield with the mileage for my next recommended oil change. That's a first... I enjoyed the relatively quiet atmosphere of the waiting area and the updates from Shannon. More

Wonderful I called for an appointment but the lady was with a customer and said she would call back and she promptly did so . I arrived and was informed my 15000 mile service was due, I was not forced to do the service , I was professionally informed of what the service entailed and told how long it would take . I went ahead with the service and was given a lovely curtuesy car to carry out my errands . When I returned my car was not quite completed so I rested in the very comfy waiting area and was kindly offered coffee or tea. There was absolutely no hassle at all.
