Brought my wife's recently purchased 2013 G37 Coupe in Vibrant Red here for a service update and couldn't be happier with the service and attention I received from service advisor Martin Hausen. He is an absolute professional and thoroughly explained all the recommended services that were needed to keep her low mileage beauty in great condition! Martin kept me up to date on all the parts being ordered and when services were being completed. As we had to catch up alot of items, it took a few days and he offered a loaner which made it all painless. The work done to the car was extensive and Martin walked me through the finished car and showed me all that was done. The service technician did an amazing job and they looked at everything to make sure it was done right. This peace of mind is the most important thing to me as my wife drives the car and it needs to be safe and reliable. Martin Hausen is the best service advisor I've ever had (and I've had more than a few) at any dealership. He is very knowledgeable, easily explains technical items, honest and transparent. Martin is a true asset to this dealership and should be held in the highest regard! I was happy to make the payment after seeing the quality of work and my dealings with Martin Hausen at Infiniti of Melbourne! More
