I was told it was a half hour inspection. Told my appointment was at 130. I get there and Drew forgot to schedule me in. Had to wait for an opening at 2pm. Did not leave until 3pm. They said it's working and a good battery but was giving an indication it needed to be replaced. No further explanation was given. I let them know I had my special needs child with me and drew left shortly after I got there. So there was alot of waiting because the other guy was handling everything by himself. More

My service oil change appointment was for 3 o’clock and when I got there, the service writer (I don’t remember his name) said that they just took another car so I would probably be waiting at least another when I got there, the service writer (I don’t remember his name) said that they just took another car so I would probably be waiting at least another hour before they took my car, (which my car would take about an hour also for an oil change), but they couldn’t even really tell me the time for sure so I feel like that’s unacceptable. If I’m going to make an appointment for a certain time it should be for that time, I could see maybe waiting 15 minutes, but an hour before they even START my car? Or call the customer if running an hour behind! When I was asking about the situation and upset, the service writer was very rude and even at one point looked at me and said ‘have you ever brought your car in to a dealership before?’ in a very condescending way like that’s just how it works lady. I asked to speak to the manager I think his name was Martin. He was very nice but making all kinds of excuses for the rudeness of the service writer. I have leased my Q50, same car, 3 times (so customer for 9 yrs) and then bought out my last lease last year, this car, because I love my Q50 Infinity. All from the Melbourne Infinity store. So yes…I HAVE been to a dealership before, the same one, Infinity of Melbourne. I have never been this disappointed at Infinity of Melbourne before with the rudeness from the service writer. I told the manager I did not want to deal with him anymore and they put me with the second service writer (I don’t remember his name either) who failed to put the parts charge on my receipt. It only reflected the labor or vice versa. I can’t remember, but it said somewhere around $45 I brought this to the attention of the second service writer and he said oh it was just a mistake, then that’s just how it prints it but it’s $100 something dollars. I said well this is very misleading then the receipt should say $100 so again I asked for the manager to come out and explain. More excuses like they are new here, etc. I asked him to reprint my invoice to reflect the CORRECT charge. The manager was nice and professional and apologetic and ultimately gave me a $25 off on next service whoop-de-do, which I didn’t ask for anything off btw. But wow, just a bad customer experience overall. Also previously I wanted to inquire about interior detail and was told someone would call me back, but no one ever did. So now I’m going to take it to another dealership where a friend of mine works to have it detailed. Please improve your customer service or I will go to Infinity of Orlando from now on. More
