This was my best experience at the dealership since I've been goin there (over 8 years) and all because of Drew! I called 3 times to the service dept looking to make an appointment. No call back from my voi been goin there (over 8 years) and all because of Drew! I called 3 times to the service dept looking to make an appointment. No call back from my voice mails. 4rh call Drew answered,appt made. The Morning of appt Drew met me and politely and professionally handled my car service from start to finish. Then when my car had to be brought back for a steering wheel issue he took care of pickup/loaner issue car details. The when he needed my license/insurance info to be uploaded to your system I told him I didn’t know how to do that, he IMMEDIATELY solved that problem without making me feel, wow how could she not know how to do that! He is a pleasure to work with and Infinity has a star employee! More
