All was great! I live two hours away and we don't have an Infiniti dealership so they brought a car to me to test drive. I liked it and they delivered a brand new one several days later. We did just that, and ended up purchasing a 2012 G25 Journey Sedan vehicle. Everyone we dealt with at Infiniti of Melbourne, from Brian Hubble, Nish Baker our salesman, to Barry Mazade, the Finance Sales Manager, all were very professional, friendly and helpful. I contacted him and he told us he was now working at Infiniti of Melbourne. We would have never thought of an Infiniti if it wasn't for Chase. So we drove there. It was great to see a familiar face and also a person who we knew we could trust. We ended up buying a car and even though my husband is very happy with the car, it was knowing Chase Caudle knew us, and wouldn't steer us wrong, what made us seal the deal. Chase really cares about his customers. He listens to your wants and needs and then works hard to get you the best deal possible. Not to take anything away from the dealership but, to us, Chase made all the difference and Infiniti of Melbourne should be very happy to have him on board. He really is an asset. After all, any company is as good as the people working there. Bob Digiacomo, the finance director, was also great at explaining all the details about the financing and different insurances.
