He and others at Infiniti of Melbourne searched for several days to find the JX 35 with all the options that we wanted. We were provided with a loaner car until our's was delivered. When delivered, it was raining and the car was parked under the canopy for our final check list and instructions on how to use several of the technology features. Justin set up the bluetooth connection for both our phones and went through all the different features in the car. He was very thorough. We left very pleased with our JX 35 and the outstanding service we received. We've been back for the Bodine treatment and while there were greeted by Justin and Kevin who were most gracious by offering us drinks, etc. They are so accommodating and friendly. I look forward to my service dates just so I can chat with them on occasion. More

I am purchasing a vehicle the Infiniti FX 35, It is extremely sporty and lots of room for your 4-5 passengers. I contacted the dealer and he has been very knowledgable about the vehicle. I looked at the Orlando Dealership and the sales girl basically just got the keys to show it, really didn't know anything about the car. These cars have so many features you probably would need a 1/2 days class to learn all the outstandingly unique features it has that no other cars do... You really need to let these guys tell you about their cars any why you want to buy them over other cars. Other dealership just open the door for you, these guys really know their cars. Oh and the personal assistant what an awesome concept. We thinks these cars are just top notch that we are thinking about getting a QX also in the future. Call them they will help you figure out what car is best for you. More

All was great! I live two hours away and we don't have an Infiniti dealership so they brought a car to me to test drive. I liked it and they delivered a brand new one several days later.
