I HGHLY recommend this dealership simply for the most outstanding car shopping experience. I am known for researching every car until I am sure of what I want so that I am familiar with the other competi outstanding car shopping experience. After numerous online researching and dealership visits to all of the ones mentioned, my experience with Infiniti exceeded the rest. It was not just one dealer but the entire dealership. Because of their non pushy style of selling cars, they focus more on the customer experience and getting to know all my needs and preferences. After frequent visits (I really took my time searching for my next car: 8 months) I saw the following: Michael Durkin, Brian Hubble, Bob D., Barry Mazade, Kevin, Chase Caudle, Nish Baker, and Justin Howard. When I was ready to purchase, I decided on a 2009 CPO G37s Coupe in white, COMPLETELY Loaded. My direct dealer was Michael Durkin. He took great care of me to ensure not only was my purchase of satisfaction, but my overall experience with the dealership was top notch. For example, the entire dealership knows Im going to give my G37S to my wife at the end of the year and I want a Sedan. When I took the G37s in for the install on my LoJack, without even flinching, they told me to take the G37S SEDAN overnight. These guys clearly know how to make their customers feel like family. Another thing, Barry (Finance Director) made EVERY effort possible to find me the absolute best interest rate. To my satisfaction, I accepted my epic interest rate and opted for more coverage on my vehicle. (twice a year bodine paint treatment, LoJack, Dent and Ding Protection, bumper to bumper coverage on ANYTHING including the Sat and Nav if it goes wrong, seriously too much to list). Overall, Car and Driver magazine Consumer Reports, they have been in the business of researching vehicles much longer than my measly 8 months (pure obsession by the way)…ALL of them conclude, the Infiniti brand is a the most reliable, most bang for your money, and now they should add Infiniti of Melbourne the best car buying/shopping experience. I encourage all my friends and you to go and visit Michael and the rest of the great staff to experience it for yourself. I love the experience so much I visit them atleast once a week (who does that) just to go and raid their fridge (jk). The dealership itself I consider my friends. So it’s entirely genuine when I say I LOVE my dealership. At the end of the year, I look forward to return to get my M37 Sport and give my G37S coupe to the wife. More

I purchased a new Infinity G37 Sedan on June 29th. I wanted to recognize this dealership for their outstanding service during the sale. It was a very positive experience and I would strongly recommend them to others. The Sales Person (Michael Durkin) was very knowledgeable about all Infinity vehicles. He was not pushy and seemed genuinely interested in finding the right car to meet my needs. He did not try to "up-sell" features or car types, and in some cases educated me on why I didn't need certain features or styles that would have cost me more. He was not only knowledgeable about Infinity vehicles, he also knew quite a bit about competitive vehicles and was able to answer comparison questions and explain pros and cons of various brands. Since I already knew about the other brands, I could tell he was being honest and forthright. He also had patience and never made us feel rushed or pressured. We test drove multiple vehicles to make sure I had what I needed to choose the right one. After visiting this dealer, I did not bother going anywhere else to shop. The entire experience was positive, including the negotiation process and the finance process. I feel they gave me a fair price for my trade, and they had great financing options. Unfortunately I don't remember the names of all the staff I encountered, but everyone was very friendly and helpful and made me feel welcomed and appreciative of my business. I mean after I walked into the dealer I had already had on my mind which car that I wanted to purchase, but I just wanted to feel out for myself if maybe there might be another vehicle in comparison that I might want as my own! As I walked in to the dealership I was greated by Justin in a very cordial and up most respectful way! I told him that I have been looking to purchase an Infinity for the past 3 1/2 years, but haven't due to I was a contractor in Afghanistan! I asked for him to show me a variety of vehicles and after test driving them that maybe I would make a choice at that time! I drove the G25 and the G37 S Sedans! Although I did also want to drive the all wheel drive sedan also, they did not have one in their inventory at the present time! But reassured I also thought that an all wheel drive vehicle wasn't a necessity in Florida, where the weather isn't at it's worse like up north! Justin was upfront and straight forward not hiding anything from myself the consumer! He also found out that I was very knowledgable of the Infiniti sedans and that I knew pretty much everything the sedans have to offer! Justin an I myself are friends on Facebook and I recommend himself to others when meeting them! I tell everyone that I meet of my excellent experience at Infinity of Melbourne and I reassure them that if they are interested or in the market of a new vehicle that they cannot go wrong by purchasing with Infinity of Melbourne! I have never financed a car before and was not sure I would be able to, but the team at Infiniti of Melbourne did everything and more to get me into my dream car! The salesmen are not what you would expect salesmen to be like at car dealerships. Usually I find salesmen pushy and rude, but Justin, Barry, Brian and Mike were so nice it almost did not even feel like I was at a dealership. They made me feel very welcome and like a true guest and are a very professional team. Barry and Brian did not give up until they found a bank that would finance me and I really appreciate their hard work. Justin and I are friends on Facebook where I have seen him post constantly about new and used cars on their lot and knew he would be the one to get me into a car. He not only gave me a great price on the car I was interested in but he also pays for half of a car tinting job if you mention knowing him from his Facebook post for Infiniti!
