I’ve never felt more welcome and taken care of as during my semiannual visit to Infinity of Melbourne. As an engineer by trade I had many questions that were graciously and pleasantly answered by your servi my semiannual visit to Infinity of Melbourne. As an engineer by trade I had many questions that were graciously and pleasantly answered by your service advisor Martin Hayde. Great job guys. He not only waited on me hand and foot but all the customers waiting for service. All with a great smile More
My Q60 was always serviced at the dealership and at the last appointment we took it for service since we felt that it was due. There was no reminder on the dash board neither was there a sticker placed on last appointment we took it for service since we felt that it was due. There was no reminder on the dash board neither was there a sticker placed on the windshield as a reminder. I did not receive any email either, reminding about the service due, as I am used to getting from all the other dealerships of cars I have had (Audi,Lexus in the past, Toyota ). The SUV was also there for tires not too long ago and it was not mentioned about service due. The service manager calls me after we left the car for service and tells me that it missed past two services and that there was sludge built in the engine and the engine has to be replaced at a cost of 27K. It has 80K miles on it and it was never taken for service anywhere other than the Melbourne dealership. I am so disappointed with the service department and the dealership as a whole and will never buy an infinity ever again. They never answer the phone and never return the phone calls. My previous SUV was also an Infinity bought at the same dealership and they talked me into trading and buying the current SUV. More
