Whether it was the initial discussion of the issues with my car or explaining the warranty coverage through final repair, Martin’s thoroughness and expertise is clear! Martin also goes the extra mile to smooth the entire process - for example, he was able to ensure that I'd be able to use a loaner for an extended period of time while I was in the middle of moving.
