Recently purchased a 2005 FX 35; brought it in to Infiniti of Denver for service. I have been Clark H's sevice customer for several years for other Infiniti vehicles. In addtion to the reqested sevice work, Clark advised that my vehcile was involved with a serice bulletin and recall for an apperance item. The entire dashboard was replaced without cost to me - this work done for a vehcile that was more than 5 years old with 91K miles. (Also recieved a general condition report for a used vehilce - no charge, and maintenance history for the vehicle I purchased) Now that's service................. but consistent with the type of service I have recieved from Clark at this dealership in the past. More
Every time I bring my Infiniti in for service, I am treated with respect and a smile. They've always done great work on my car and I've been happy EVERY TIME. You always hear about the bad things but you never hear about the good things. I can't tell you how much I appreciate CoCo and Eric. Unfortunately, we wrecked our car five months after buying it, so when we took it in to fix, Clark Hearold went above and beyond in helping me getting me back on the road and make the time without our car as pleasant as it could possibly be. The number one thing that I appreciate about Infiniti of Denver is their excellent quality of customer service. Coco is the first person of contact when calling or arriving at the service department. There has never been a time that her demeanor or personality has ever been below superb. She is always very helpful, very friendly and it is obvious she takes great care in treating customers with courtesy. An important aspect of any service that I look for is the kind of treatment I receive from the person I work with and Eric Tuxhorn provides phenomenal service. I can count on him for his knowledge, professionalism, reliability and that my needs will be addressed. I have used the services of Eric for a few years now and I prefer to use know one else, because he is genuinely sincere and concerned about my vehicle and my economic needs. I never feel as if he's trying to sell me something I don't need. Eric and Coco are both valuable assets to the Infiniti dealership, thank you both. More
Awesome service and customer service every time we come in. This is our third infinity from this dealer. Both my wife and I have an FX35 right now and will be getting two more when the time comes. We just spent $1800.00 on complete 60,0000 mile service. When we took the cars home, they run like brand new cars. We own a 05, 06 FX35 and we have fallen back in love with these cars again.
