Hey everybody I brought my Infinity in 2020 after after I found out transmission in my Grabnd Jeep Cherokee special edition was going out I traded it in, Sad I did that ! still paid a lot of money for my found out transmission in my Grabnd Jeep Cherokee special edition was going out I traded it in, Sad I did that ! still paid a lot of money for my infinity it was a 2015 Q70 and over the last 4 years I probably put the same amount into repairs that I paid for it I did buy a warranty so it covered some of the issues, car had a lot of issues I only let the dealer Infinity of Denver work on my car at this point and in the beginning I thought it was cool until II talked to other people who also owned Infinity's who also did their maintenance there become we realize that we paid a lot more than we should have for maintenance. now they're even taking more from the customer used to get valet and now they want a $500 deposit down for vallet that you may see in 3 to 7 days back i your account f you don't do any damages and fill up the tank, I understand having a protection for damages that's why they get your insurance info. but I think that's excessive as. all companies are doing this kind of pocket picking just to get more and more and more and more into the consumers pockets even when they overcharge already it's getting to be a point where you're going to have nothing left for yourself between paying taxes on every xxxx thing knowing that you'll never own anything of significant value because you got to pay for it over and over again I would just like to say choose your company's wisely make sure they're not gouging in any areas and I'm not going to say I dislike Infinity of Denver I just don't know if I would buy another one it seems you really get less and less for the dollar my car's been in the shop it seems like as much as I've driven it it wasn't new but the maintenance care for it has been tremendously expensive my car runs good for a little while when it is returned then it runs the same as when I g Took it for repaired I have regularly gotten maintenance and every suggested repairs, everyone of them Iexcept my camera that just went out stooped working with no warning. Sincerely tired of paying more Then I should to keep the rich richer! I know this was not the review you wanted but I don't want to be robbed I want a good fair service.for my hard earned cash.
