Unsatisfied with my dash cam being unplugged and removed. Good customer service I've owned my Infiniti for one year and only have had need for minimal maintenance to be performed on it. In particular I've dealt with a gentleman named Jeremy Strnad as my customer representative. When I've taken my car to the dealership for service Jeremy has been thorough, courteous and completely forthcoming about what work was being done on my car. No work was done on the car unless and until Jeremy spoke with me and kept me informed. I am impressed with the quality of work which has been performed on my car and more impressed by the customer service which is exhibited by Jeremy and the dealership. More

Buying a QX50 I work with Roman Gelfand, Jason Gerard, Karen Kocharyen and Clark Hearold. I had 2017 QX50 that I was leasing from Infiniti Of Denver we both the wi I work with Roman Gelfand, Jason Gerard, Karen Kocharyen and Clark Hearold. I had 2017 QX50 that I was leasing from Infiniti Of Denver we both the wife and I hated to give it up. I thought about a buy out but it was going to cost me more then what the car was worth. I look at 2019 QX80, 2020 QX60 and 2020 QX50 weather to lease or purchase. Working with Jasson and Roman I found out by purchasing 2020 QX50 was the better deal, I walk out of dealership owning a new QX50 and working with Karen on my paper work he made it very fast and easy. I have work with Inifinit Of Denver since 1998 when I bought QX4 they work then and now. I have work with Clark Hearold/service since I had my QX4, he has taken care of all my needs and answer all my question and concerns and help with my decisions concern both QX50's. If anyone is looking for a new or used vehicle please get in contact with Jason and for service please ask for Clark. I also talk with Amy regarding the QX50 getting her views of the car. More

Took my Q50 to get service a couple weeks ago. Oil filter ended up cracking and making a huge miss at my house. The guys at Infiniti Of Denver fixed my car and came to my house to clean up the oil miss all f ended up cracking and making a huge miss at my house.
