Never purchase a used car from this dealership Infiniti Denver Timothy xxxx. Unbeknownst to me and not on any purchasing paperwork or CARFAX, they sold me a Q60 with two different sets of tires. Over time, Denver Timothy xxxx. Unbeknownst to me and not on any purchasing paperwork or CARFAX, they sold me a Q60 with two different sets of tires. Over time, this caused major wear and tear to my tires, as well as wheel bearings, alignment, and overall safety of the vehicle. When I brought the car in after one year for inaccurate tire sensors (particularly the front right tire, for the sensors read it as flat when it was fully filled at 40psi) and steering failures, they never acknowledged the differing tires nor the tire sensors, never checked the alignment in regards to my steering complaint, and sent me on my way without a service ticket on file. A week later, the vehicle jerked me into a pothole and the front right tire exploded. I had to pay for the vehicle to be towed there. The dealership/ Timothy xxxx claimed NO liability - NO liability on the different sets of tires. NO liability on their negligence during my first initial visit to the service department. Timothy xxxx claimed that since they never wrote a ticket on the service, there was zero paperwork, and I could not prove my visit without the paperwork. It was my responsibility as the customer to make sure the service department manager wrote a proper service ticket on my visit, and to have gotten a receipt as well. Again, no receipt, no liability on their end. Timothy xxxx also verbally assaulted and embarrassed his service department manager in front of me; pinned an employee up against me, the customer, claiming it was a he said/she said, and I, the customer, needed to argue with the employee, NOT his manager, Chris nor him, Timothy xxxx. That was the most disgusting behavior displayed by a manager, let alone human being, I've ever experienced in a public retail facility. I, the customer, felt it necessary to apologize to that employee for Timothy xxxx's misogynistic rant of a power trip he so happily displayed, giggling and mocking his employee multiple times. After "getting the bad out" as he claims, Timothy xxxx said he would meet me halfway in costs, I would be a happy customer, and everything would be taken of within 24 hours and a personal phone call at 8:00am with "multiple options" going forward with my vehicle. Unfortunately, Timothy xxxx lied, for that never occurred next. His manager called me with the bill of $2500 - I pay for 4 new matching tires, the alignment, labor, etc. I was then put in the position of pay it (basically buying my car back) or go to small claims court. They were no longer going to work with me. I paid in FULL. And sadly, Timothy xxxx nor Chris were there to shake my hand when I went to pick up my car. They know they lied, sold me a faulty car with two different sets of tires, and got away with it with smiles on their faces. I "luckily" discovered this going 30 mph on a city street, rather than at 65 mph on a highway, I could have seriously been injured driving. Infiniti / Timothy xxxx do not care. NEVER purchase a car from this dealership, Infiniti USA, nor Timothy xxxx in Denver, CO. More
