For the purchase of a new JX I worked with Lamont Simpson. I preordered the vehicle several months before its arrival, and was extremely satisfied at the frequency and quality of updates I received r Simpson. I preordered the vehicle several months before its arrival, and was extremely satisfied at the frequency and quality of updates I received regarding the vehicles status. My emails and telephone calls were always answered promptly and thoroughly, and I was never made to feel like a pest (despite the fact that I probably was). The overarching feeling I got from these guys was that they were impeccably honest. I validated all the informations they gave me from third party websites and in some cases other dealers, and found that what they told me was always accurate regarding pricing, lease rates, availability, etc. I never felt conned, sold into something more expensive, or otherwise cheated. The finance guy didnt try to sell me window etching, overpriced accessories, Lojack, extended warranties, service plans, gold emblems, or any other crap. How refreshing! They even went out of their way to sell me the only vehicle they had on the lot on the last day of the pull-ahead program so that IFS would pay the remaining 6 months of my current lease (my G was too small for the new babies) even though it left them with no vehicle for test drives, and no other dealer on Long Island was willing to do so. Overall, they went out of their way to satisfy me. This is what buying a $55,000 car should feel like. Rob More
Absolutely horrible experience. What sounded like a good deal turned into a dispute over language, between the sales person and the finance personel Preston. A game of "I never said that" was played. This is my third Infiniti vehicle, and my second from Infiniti of Massapequa. I usually shop dealers for price, but after dealing with Infiniti of Massapequa for my second car, I started there for my thi Infiniti of Massapequa. I usually shop dealers for price, but after dealing with Infiniti of Massapequa for my second car, I started there for my third and left there with my third car. I was greeted by Gene when I arrived and was introduced to a salesman, Herb. I am in sales and don't like the run around. Herb listened to what I wanted and was able to find the car I wanted. We discussed where I wanted to be price wise. Gene then returned with a great price. It was lower then where I wanted to be. I know it was a great price since my friend was shopping the Infinit G37X Coupe and the price she got from another dealer was substantially more then the price I got. I was then introduced to Pres from their finance department. He got everything together and I picked up my car with no hassle three days later. Everyone at Infiniti of Massapequa was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I didn't feel pressured or like I was getting the run around. I would definetly recommend them if you are in the market for an Infiniti. More
I am providing this review because of the positive experience I have recieved from the Sales Rep. and Managers listed above, who went over an above to ensure that I recived a good deal and no hassle i experience I have recieved from the Sales Rep. and Managers listed above, who went over an above to ensure that I recived a good deal and no hassle in terminating my old lease and entering into a new one. When I was unable to pick up my new vehicle at the agreed upon time, Mr. Rabinowitz and Mr. Chan stayed late so that I could have my vehicle that same night, and took the time to explain how everthing worked on the new vehicle. All three men demonstrated a keen professionaliam in providing the service to ensure I was satisfied with my new Infiniti. More
I brought my Q56 in for service and was told I needed new brakes (pads and rotors). I paid over $1000 for this work to be done. Set aside whether a car with about 40k miles really needed rotors, I decided brakes (pads and rotors). I paid over $1000 for this work to be done. Set aside whether a car with about 40k miles really needed rotors, I decided better to be safe than sorry and expected a quality brake job. A week later my wife was driving on Interstate 95 in cental Connecticut and lost her brakes! She managed to avoid disaster by the grace of god, but she was seriously tramatized by the episode and can no longer drive the vehicle. I had to drive 3 hours to pick her up, 3 hours to get back home and we both had to do that trip all over again the next weekend to pick the car up from the infiniti dealer that we had the car towed to the day of the incident. The CT infiniti dealer told us that the bolt that holds the rotor on was either never installed or never tightened and had come loose. A clear case of gross negligence on the part of the service department at infiniti of massapequa. The other dealer also said that in 10 years he had never had to change the rotors on a Q56 with only 42k miles on it, but this story gets even better. When I called Frank Navarro, the service manager at infiniti of massapequa, and told him what had happened to my wife he told me he was very sorry and didn't understand how that could happen, but he would do the right thing for us and that possibly he would get us a service contract. I told him I wasn't that enamored about the service contract (do you blame me given the shoddy brake job, and instead I thought they should at least refund us the amount of the brake job. He said he would get back to me the next day. Well 4 weeks went by and Frank never called me back. Finally, curious as to why he did not think calling a customer who has received such shoddy work didn't at least deserve a call back, I called him again and left him a message. I waited until 4:20 the next day, and called him yet again! Finally, Frank Navarro called me back, but this time he had a very different tune. No longer was he sorry for the brake job. This time he said they may have not tightened the bolt, but it was just as plausible that the bolt was defective and therefore not their fault at all. It was clear that Frank was now concerned that their grossly negligent work may result in a lawsuit and he did not want to "accept any liability" (his words). When I asked him if that was a common problem for this model infiniti or infinitis generally, he told me he has seen it happen. He did offer a $200 service credit, which I found completely inadequate given the mental anguish my wife had suffered and the inconvenience that we both suffered as a result of their horrendous brake job. Infiniti of Massapequa is an excellent dealership and I would recommend anyone interested in buying an Infiniti to go there first. The sales staff especially Randy are extremely knowledgeable and professi would recommend anyone interested in buying an Infiniti to go there first. The sales staff especially Randy are extremely knowledgeable and professional. This is my second Infiniti in a row that I have bought from them and Randy still took the time to go through the car and explain all of the changes. Chris the General Manager took the time to keep me updated through the process as my car was being shipped and was very easy to deal with. In my opinion the G37x is far superior to the BMW and Mercedes competitors and the service received by Massapequa will keep me coming back. I have recommended a few people to them in the past and all have agreed that they are extremely helpful and not pushy which is very important. Lastly the prices are extremely competitive and came in much lower than other Infiniti dealers across Long Island. More

We were not sure if we wanted to lease another Infinity. The dealership in Valley Stream that we leased our other two Infinity's from was not a people friendly dealership. The second we walked into the dealership and meet Steve we were impressed by his professionalism. Steve took the time to answer all of our questions and options even after we had stated that we were not sure if we were going to lease another infinity h.e took the time to go over pricing with us. We decided to test drive the G37x .upon returning from the test car and meeting Gene the Manager and Press the financial expert we leased the car. It was the excellent care, professional staff along with the integrity , honesty and friendly customer service that will keep us going back for all of our cars.If you are looking for a dealership that offers you a friendly , honest shopping experience with great pricing, number one customer service drive over to Massapequa Infinity where I assure you will be well worth your time.
