Infiniti is currently running a promotion on 2013 G37x coupes to make room for the new 2014 Q 60s. I had called four dealerships to see if they had any 2013 G37s in stock but was left disappointed. Finally, I called Infiniti of Massapequa and spoke Brandon who assured me they have two in stock and quoted me a price over the phone. I was planning on doing an early lease termination on my 2010 Nissan Altima in which Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC) was going to cover up to three months of my payments. Brandon had said he needed confirmation from NMAC and would call me back. Knowing I would eventually have to make my way to the dealership I drove the 45 minutes to Infiniti of Massapequa since I was still waiting to hear back. Upon my arrival I come to find that Brandon is no longer there and they do not have any of that car in stock. So, i politely asked the salesman on the phone, Randy, to contact him about the numbers he quoted me over the phone. For some reason Randy became a bit hostile and said he has no way of contacting Brandon. At that point I had asked to speak to a sales manager. I explained my dilemma and frustration to the manager who said they can still locate the vehicle and Randy can sit down with me and give me a quote. As soon as we sit down he starts to sell me on numbers way above the promotion and for a higher lease term (red flag right there). Then he asked what Brandon had quoted me and when I tell him he basically calls me a liar in not so many words and excuses himself to go speak to his manager. He returns saying his sales manager spoke to Brandon (but i thought there was no way of reaching him since they were so adamant about that before) and he definitely did not give me that quote. I asked Randy why would I drive almost an hour out of my way to waste my time and his and he became hostile once again. Now, having worked in the service industry in a management role, I can confidently say that this was the worst display of customer service I have ever experienced in any capacity. I understand they're car salesmen and I shouldn't be expecting much but it was so bad I wouldn't even refer to it as customer service (I'd call it what it is - hostile customer relations). This experience makes me never want to even consider Nissan or Infiniti again. It's left that much of a bad taste in my mouth. More
I took three trains, over 150 miles, to buy a used Infiniti G37X coupe. I was treated very well by my salesman, Joe Lynch, and drove home happy. After a few days I found a problem, the car would not pass state inspection. While I worked this out with the dealer they were always polite, accommodating, and willing to listen. They finally sent me a check to cover my costs. It is easy for a company to be nice when everything is OK, but it is wonderful when a business steps up and does the right thing when things are not right. I really appreciate their professionalism. I would do business with them again, and I recommend them highly. More

I have bought several cars from the suffolk county area and several from the Nassau area. It always seems like the Nassau dealers give better customer service then the suffolk dealers. This was our first Infiniti after owning multiple Nissan vehicles and we were blown away with how different our experience was. Firstly, the Infiniti product is true value for the dollar. The vehicles are wonderfully crafted, solid, an absolute pleasure to drive and come with a longer warranty than "normal" brands. Our new G37x is very fast, but it keeps us smiling at any speed. Turn on the Bose audio and and it's a concert on wheels. You'd be hard pressed to find a better sound system in ANY car. They are designed to create a certain feeling and they accomplish that to a marvelous degree. Drive one. You'll see what I mean. As for our dealer experience, from the moment we walked in the door we were treated as if we were special. Randy Gallo was courteous, warm and professional. He was so attentive and concerned with our satisfaction it was almost unsettling as our comparison was to other dealerships that were NOT Infiniti. The ball never dropped and it became clear this was an experience to enjoy. The negotiating process was straightforward and every member of the staff we came into contact with was similar in disposition. We are telling family and friends about the great time we had. Do your homework first and if the brand is in your consideration, go see the team at Infiniti of Massapequa. You will not be disappointed. Darren D. More

Brandon was pleasant, patient, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions rep who helped me at Infiniti of Massapequa was Brandon Medford. Brandon was pleasant, patient, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without putting any pressure on me (setting him apart from so many other's I've dealt with when buying a car). My overall experience was great and I'd highly recommend this dealership to others, especially if the others are as good as the salesperson I worked with. More

Were shall I start.. SLOPPY SLOPPY SLOPPY!!! It has been 3 week and I am still suffering a headache from this dealership. Now I just got a call from Gene that they registered my car wrong... Not to mention last week a call fromGene that they charged my Debit $1,790 over!! This is just a few of my experiences.. I was lied to about the lease turn in in regards to fixing any wear and tear charges .Not Tue.. The list goes on and on.. All this to save a mere $15 a month on a lease. What a huge mistake and disapointment should have done business with Competition were I had before not worth the savings. The worst part is the i dont care attiude. This Dealership does not care about customer service and trust me it shows long after the deal is done. All they want to do is write the deal and get the car off the lot and trust me the clerical workmanship along with the integrity is disappointing to say the least. I have been leasing for over 20 years from various makes and have to say this is by far the WORST experience. More
