I was told by their service representatives, that my tires are almost Bald, when I brought the car back in 2 weeks after buying it, for a service light. I contacted the sales representative, his manager and the manager of the department and keep getting the run around. I went to 3 separate NYS Inspection stations all of whom told me, the car should NOT have passed inspection with the Bald tires they had on them. I have been promised replacement tires (pretty much less bald tires from another car, as soon as once comes in). It is almost 2.5months now that I am getting the run around. I plan on contacting Infiniti USA next, then the BBB. Worst experience after shelling out almost 40k on a car, then being told you have to spend even more $$$ after owning it less than a month. More

As with any car purchase the most important thing is to be educated before you get to the dealer. I knew what I wanted and knew they had it on the lot. Herb was straight forward, knowledgeable about the product (rare these days) and most importantly didn't waste my time. He gave me a price, I countered and it was accepted. Took about 20 minutes which included the usual chit chat. This is my 5th Infiniti but the first one purchased at Massapequa so I don't know about their service department yet. More
Do not trust herb from this dealer I can not speak bad of the dealership however a salesman named Herb is a dishonest representative of the dealer. He started out pushing a piece of paper across the table and said here is your price. When can you take delivery. He avoided all questions and left off options I requested. I caught him in lies after lies. He told me I would get a customer loyalty rebate of $1000. I would need to pay tax on it. Other dealers told me there is no rebate for the g37 coupe which infinity confirmed. I confronted him and he change the lie Into another. He Told me to trust him he has done this for 30 years. Old school salesman that gives the new car expedience a bad name. NEVER work with him. More
SMOOTHEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! The most stress-free experience ever encountered. Staff was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We weren't familiar with the Infinity brand so they took their time and explained what each model had to offer. They worked with us & answered all our questions thoroughly. Even though the showroom was a little hectic, (it was end of month & end of year), they were very patient and took their time answering every question we had. (Even when we asked the same ones over again!) Every part of the experience was seamless. We are very happy! More
Feeling cheated I went to Infiniti of Massapequa looking to terminate one lease and start a new one. I worked with Lamont Simpson who was quite helpful. My original I went to Infiniti of Massapequa looking to terminate one lease and start a new one. I worked with Lamont Simpson who was quite helpful. My original car was an Infiniti and I was able to terminate my lease 2 months early with no penalty since I was leasing a new Infiniti. I was over mileage on the car I was turning in so I knew I had to pay for the additional mileage. I asked Lamont to check the car and make sure that I wouldn't have any additional charges for wear and tear. He had the service manager look over the car who said the $500 waiver fee would cover all the extra cost and it wouldn't cost me a dime above the over mileage. I received an invoice for $1,900. I complained to Lamont who contacted Infiniti financial and ultimately (it took 3 months) had it reduced to $350. I still feel that a deal is a deal and the dealership should have paid the $350, after all they inspected the car and accepted it as is. I spoke to Larry Strauch (sales Manager) who quickly passed the buck to the service manager (who I never met or spoke with). A promise of a return phone call which never happened. I called several more times and only Lamont would speak to me. He finally told me the dealership would not make good on the payment. To make matters worse I'm also paying $28/mth more than I would have at a different dealership. I would recommend consumers to find a more reputable dealership. More

Poor follow-up and attention to detail when it comes to contracts in particular. I cant tell if there was a deliberate attempt to mislead me or I was taken. I tried to point out their error multiple times contracts in particular. I cant tell if there was a deliberate attempt to mislead me or I was taken. I tried to point out their error multiple times long before we came to get the car. Either way, there was a problem at delivery of a new car on the money end - their mistake To date, I have not heard from anyone in upper management to offer an apology or even acknowledge that they value me as a customer. Zero follow up. -making a poor experience worse now. They are lucky I took the car at all. I have never had such a bad delivery of a new car. Took the fun out of it. A simple call a few days later would have taken the bite out of the bad experience. The lack of follow up makes me feel like I was taken as opposed to their being a legitimate mistake. Just be careful when dealing with numbers with this place. If you are expecting a top end consumer experience Nissan/infinti has a long way to go in that regard. Service people seem very nice. Hopefully, my assessment of the dealership will improve. I'll keep an open mind. More
Infiniti is currently running a promotion on 2013 G37x coupes to make room for the new 2014 Q 60s. I had called four dealerships to see if they had any 2013 G37s in stock but was left disappointed. Finall coupes to make room for the new 2014 Q 60s. I had called four dealerships to see if they had any 2013 G37s in stock but was left disappointed. Finally, I called Infiniti of Massapequa and spoke Brandon who assured me they have two in stock and quoted me a price over the phone. I was planning on doing an early lease termination on my 2010 Nissan Altima in which Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC) was going to cover up to three months of my payments. Brandon had said he needed confirmation from NMAC and would call me back. Knowing I would eventually have to make my way to the dealership I drove the 45 minutes to Infiniti of Massapequa since I was still waiting to hear back. Upon my arrival I come to find that Brandon is no longer there and they do not have any of that car in stock. So, i politely asked the salesman on the phone, Randy, to contact him about the numbers he quoted me over the phone. For some reason Randy became a bit hostile and said he has no way of contacting Brandon. At that point I had asked to speak to a sales manager. I explained my dilemma and frustration to the manager who said they can still locate the vehicle and Randy can sit down with me and give me a quote. As soon as we sit down he starts to sell me on numbers way above the promotion and for a higher lease term (red flag right there). Then he asked what Brandon had quoted me and when I tell him he basically calls me a liar in not so many words and excuses himself to go speak to his manager. He returns saying his sales manager spoke to Brandon (but i thought there was no way of reaching him since they were so adamant about that before) and he definitely did not give me that quote. I asked Randy why would I drive almost an hour out of my way to waste my time and his and he became hostile once again. Now, having worked in the service industry in a management role, I can confidently say that this was the worst display of customer service I have ever experienced in any capacity. I understand they're car salesmen and I shouldn't be expecting much but it was so bad I wouldn't even refer to it as customer service (I'd call it what it is - hostile customer relations). This experience makes me never want to even consider Nissan or Infiniti again. It's left that much of a bad taste in my mouth. More
I took three trains, over 150 miles, to buy a used Infiniti G37X coupe. I was treated very well by my salesman, Joe Lynch, and drove home happy. After a few days I found a problem, the car would not pass state inspection. While I worked this out with the dealer they were always polite, accommodating, and willing to listen. They finally sent me a check to cover my costs. It is easy for a company to be nice when everything is OK, but it is wonderful when a business steps up and does the right thing when things are not right. I really appreciate their professionalism. I would do business with them again, and I recommend them highly. More
Parents were interested in buying out my leased car. Pres helped us complete this transaction with no hassles or problems at all. He was very friendly, spent time talking to us about different things. Nice d helped us complete this transaction with no hassles or problems at all. He was very friendly, spent time talking to us about different things. Nice dealership and very friendly staff compared to the dealer in my area. I have bought several cars from the suffolk county area and several from the Nassau area. It always seems like the Nassau dealers give better customer service then the suffolk dealers. This dealer is far from me but worth the travel for my future Infiniti's (Q50) More
