During the pandemic in May when all non essential businesses were suppose to be closed (the sales part of the dealership) I did a deal for a 2 car purchase trading out of two vehicles. The numbers we businesses were suppose to be closed (the sales part of the dealership) I did a deal for a 2 car purchase trading out of two vehicles. The numbers were worked out to include the negative equity from the cars that were traded in. Turns out 3 weeks after we got a bill from Nissan Financial stating that we still owed payments when Infiniti of Massapequa was suppose to take care of everything. I spoke to Frank which is the sales manager, who said he would look into it and never called me back. The person who returned the call was Bill the general sales manager and he told me he couldn't help me and that there was nothing that could be done. This is very misleading, unprofessional and I will never go or recommend this dealership to anyone. I feel as if they took advantage of me because of the pandemic. Being that the dealer was closed for so long they wanted to make money and now they don't want to do right by me as a customer because the deal is done and they made there money. This is wrong because in a situation like this, during a pandemic they should understand and be more accommodating especially with the way the economy and the financial situation is. I work as a customer relations manager and I would NEVER do this to ANYONE and leave this major bill and responsibility to anyone especially during a time like this and be able to sleep comfortably knowing that someone is struggling and I did wrong by them. This is not how you run a business. At the end of the day if there are no customers or customer retention there is no business or money to be made. More

No games, no mystery fees. Just straight talk. I received a great deal without the need for haggling! My hat also goes off to Robert Sedrish, the F&I Mgr. Professional, kind, and a straight talker. Rob only brought up one product that might have been of benefit since I was leasing; e.g. the maintenance plan/tire hazard coverage. After doing the math together, it was well worth the convenience. Easy Breezy Leasing Experience I have to take the time to tell everyone about my experience with Infiniti of Massapequa. My lease was up this month and I had gotten 7 previous Infi I have to take the time to tell everyone about my experience with Infiniti of Massapequa. My lease was up this month and I had gotten 7 previous Infiniti’s at a different dealership. I called the sales manager at that dealership, whom I developed a relationship with over the years, and told him what car I wanted. He came back with a price that was $100 more per month than Massapequa. He told me no way did Massapequa give me the price I told him. Honestly, I didn’t even negotiate hard with the sales manager, George Cohan, at Massapequa. George gave me a price, it was within my budget, and I gave the Sales Manager at the other dealership the opportunity to meet it since I’ve gotten so many cars there. He said he couldn’t. I went back to Massapequa, expecting them to tell me they made a mistake and George assured me that was the price. He then introduced me to Paul Rabinowitz, a sales associate who took over since George was leaving on vacation. I went to pick up my car today. It was outside waiting for me. We went into the dealership and signed all the papers and everything was exactly as they said. Paul took over a 1/2 hour going over every feature in the car. He hooked up my phone and installed the garage door opener. I left feeling I knew every feature the car had to offer. Before he got out of the car, Paul made me promise, I’d come back next week and ask him anything I still had questions about. The biggest surprise is that they had gotten my registration transferred and had the new registration sticker already a fixed to the windshield. This was one of the best car buying experiences I ever had and wanted to share it with everyone. If you are in the market for a new Infiniti, I highly recommend Infiniti of Massapequa! More
