Gina in Service makes every customer feel like they are the most important customer of the day. Booked an appointment for service with a Loaner 2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE. Sat with a service advisor Gina who had a bad attitude. Told me there was no loaners cause of COVID. Bunch of BS service manager frank was rude as well and basically told me that she lied but that they preferred to keep loaner cars for other customers.... they didn’t even check to see what LT car needed. It’s a brand new 2021 Q50. They treat you like Kia customers here. More
I am very disappointed with this dealership. I have bought a 46,000 dollar vehicle along with an extended warranty. It was delivered to me as I live out of state. It had a problem from the first time bought a 46,000 dollar vehicle along with an extended warranty. It was delivered to me as I live out of state. It had a problem from the first time I drove it. I was told by a local Ford dealer that the vehicle was NOT safe to drive. This dealership said it was the extended warranties responsibility and the warranty company said it never should have been sold with this issue. Reaching out to NY's Attorney General's office, The Better Business Bureau and a local lawyer. Poor service is an understatement! Run away .... More
