Infiniti Citi of Massapequa was the best dealership I have ever experienced in my 35 years of leasing (buying) cars. I just “stopped by” to check out the cars as my current lease ( Lexus NX300) was comin have ever experienced in my 35 years of leasing (buying) cars. I just “stopped by” to check out the cars as my current lease ( Lexus NX300) was coming to an end. That’s when I met Alyse. She convinced me to take a test drive to see if I even liked the car. (Which was a good point). Well, I not only liked the car (QX50), I liked it better than the Lexus. Alyse was knowledgeable, patient with all my questions and a definite pleasure to work with. She did everything she could to find the right car for me. And then Joe (Sales Manager) was equally pleasant. He was efficient, and actually listened to me as I explained what I preferred and needed to lease a car (a rare find in business today)! Now a week later, I have the QX50 and I love it! Thank you Alyse and Joe. PS: I must add a note about the dealership itself. Everyone there has a smile on their face and are genuinely eager to help and make a customer happy. Their respect for and interest in their customers’ needs is evident from the moment you walk in the door. More

From the moment I walked into the store I was greeted and attended to promptly. Millie listened to my concerns and assisted in finding me the vehicle I wanted.
