Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They actually completed the work quicker than I expected. The receptionist who scheduled my appointment was amazing. This place custoner service was awesome! We were traveling back to NC with our dog, had a flat not far from the dealership.After TripleA informed us of the dealership, yes tgey had to tow the van,an traveling back to NC with our dog, had a flat not far from the dealership.After TripleA informed us of the dealership, yes tgey had to tow the van,and with restrictions were left at a store no ride!....We called the ToyotaI95 and the lady on the other line was like an angel! Simply amazing experience for what couldve been a nightmare...especially in an unknown area to us. I declined the bumper to bumper and a family member chose to accept it but get absolutely no better services that I get whom didn't pay the extra. When I asked about it thats when I was informed that there is No Such Thing as a bumper to bumper I am also in sales and you don't have to lie to to make a sale and if you do then you need to rethink your career choice. Melinda checked me in for my appointment and introduced me to the shop foreman that was going to work on my Lexus 2017 RX350. Since there is not a Lexus dealer near me, I took it to a Toyota dealer.
