Hassle-free Car Buying with Excellent Customer Service! Audra saved me from a nightmare!...I ordered an identical model vehicle from a dealership in Nashville, TN... and cancelled that order after talking w Audra saved me from a nightmare!...I ordered an identical model vehicle from a dealership in Nashville, TN... and cancelled that order after talking with Audra @ I-95 Toyota! It took over 8 hours to complete the deal in Nashville, and then they started changing the delivery date around on me.. THEN they couldn't even give me a firm delivery date.. AFTER I had signed papers. When I decided that I wasn't liking the sound of things, they (Nashville dealership) tried to convince me that the vehicle they found me, was "the only one, with that color scheme and trim level in the Unites States". WELL, they were wrong! I did an online inquiry using TruCar through USAA, and Audra (I-95 Toyota) called me within minutes! I explained to her what I had dealt with the day before. She was quite understanding and sympathetic. I told her exactly what I wanted with my vehicle, and she delivered! I have NEVER HAD SUCH AN EXCELLENT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! It took about 15 minutes for Audra to send me a printed quote, and about 10 more minutes for me to complete a down payment over the phone! Audra put a "reserved" sign in my new 2017 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited, and we completed the transaction (when I got into town on Monday) in an hour or less! That's right, a complete car buying experience with EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE in under 2 hours total.. AND LIFETIME OILCHANGES!! THANK YOU, AUDRA and I-95 TOYOTA!!
