When my husband and I arrived, before we walked through the door we were greeted with a smile by Shanda. She got some vital information from us and within minutes she's introduced us to Joel. Joel was amazing he displayed Wonderful customer service. He looked after our needs and wants in a car. He was also respectful, kind and he held a very pleasant composure during the (negotiations) he and my husband had. Jeff and David were helping with the numbers and they came through for us as well. David was very pleasant when he came out to speak with us. At the end of our visit I walked out with a brand new car at an awesome price.
