My bank account was overdrawn today without notification of it for a warranty that I thought was going to be factored in with the monthly payments, but wound up being a separate charge. More

Superb service and an attitude that was beyond helpful Audra Moses often deals with internet sales, but we were fortunate when my 78 year old mom and I came in, just intending to test drive some Avalons. A Audra Moses often deals with internet sales, but we were fortunate when my 78 year old mom and I came in, just intending to test drive some Avalons. Audra spent a good deal of time with us, riding us around in the golf cart and looking at our choices, and when she brought up a loaded 2017 Camry that had all the luxury features Mom was looking for, we realized we didn't need to buy that much car. That was really helpful since Mom is retired and every dollar matters. Audra was beyond helpful and made the experience a pleasure. She simultaneously had to deal with me (business school grad who was determined to get the best deal) and my Mom (who has never bought a car without my late Dad before). Audra did so masterfully and made us both feel comfortable. I recommend her and the dealership without hesitation. Alex in the finance department was also very professional and walked us through our choices with minimal pressure, which was much appreciated. We had a couple of logistical issues to work through with the title of our trade-in and Alex's flexibility was very helpful. You might be headed to the beach and come back with a big souvenir.
