If they know you are desperate they will take advantage of you, then when you bring their poor business practices up to the manager he disrespects you. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. This is their routine and if they can respond to this they probably will and say they are trying to make things better but they are really just trying to make themselves look better More

My bank account was overdrawn today without notification of it for a warranty that I thought was going to be factored in with the monthly payments, but wound up being a separate charge. More
