Lies, Lies and more Lies!!! I was basically approved for a loan by a bank from out of Utah, I believe it was Foresight Capital Bank. After talking to the finance manager he told I was basically approved for a loan by a bank from out of Utah, I believe it was Foresight Capital Bank. After talking to the finance manager he told me that it was a requirement for this particular bank for me to purchase an extended warranty which was $3000.00. Afterwards, I called the bank and spoke with them personally and they told me that this was absolutely not true! This is a very unfair practice that they use on unsuspecting customers to get every dime out of you that they can. Not only did this cause me to have to go to another dealership and have my credit ran, but it stopped me from getting the vehicle that I really wanted and was approved for. Just so happens, that I have actually purchased several vehicle from them in the past. They didn't care about customer loyalty or anything like that. I was lied to throughout the whole process and they lied about the interest rate as well that they quoted me. The bank had the interest rate at a lower percentage. I-95 Toyota is full of it and if you choose to use them be very careful and avoid this dealership at all cost if possible. This happened in September of 2019. More

If they know you are desperate they will take advantage of you, then when you bring their poor business practices up to the manager he disrespects you. I wouldn't wish this place on my worst enemy. This is their routine and if they can respond to this they probably will and say they are trying to make things better but they are really just trying to make themselves look better More
