IF I could give them a negative 10 I would but it makes you mark at least 1. I went to Nissan back in March 2020, to trade in my car, it's been nothing but a nightmare. I'm still paying a carnote on my old car and its been 4 months since I recieved the new SUV. They are incompetent and could care less about my predicament. Everyone blames the next man and no one takes ownership of the mistakes that happens at the dealership. I'm still riding around with temporary tags because for some reason they can't get my paperwork straight. I've been through 3 bank since March due to them taking so long and it seems like they run a credit check everyday. They say they are ca l going to call you back with information about what's taking so long to finalize your deal but then no one calls. You go in there and you have to wait hours for them to feed you xxxxxxxx and lies about hour how Covid is holding everything up. If that's the case then you shouldn't be selling cars then. No, I will not recommend them to anyone else. If I knew, what I know now I would have ever went to this dealership More

Just purchased a 2020 Nissan rogue on 6/17. On 6/22, not even a week later, there is a tear on the inside of the tire, when we bring it into service they didn’t take the tire off to inspect it to see if it even a week later, there is a tear on the inside of the tire, when we bring it into service they didn’t take the tire off to inspect it to see if it was patchable. They tried to sell us a brand new tire at $300, when the car is not even a week old and the tear was in the inside of the tire! We had just put $1000 down for the car and for the tire to randomly break not even 200 miles later and then the service try to sell us a brand new tire which we could not afford, during a time like a pandemic where nobody is working, is absurd. I am very disappointed and I have been a loyal customer since January of 2018. We will be taking our services elsewhere More

I am very pleased with my service advisor Pete Wyman but not your service department. During my visit and after 4000 Bill. My oil was changed and no reminder sticker placed. Pete. does look out for my best interest. But the last visit they claimed I needed many things I came in with a rattle which turned out to be a small heat shield and then was told I needed motor mounts and I also needed new tires. My bill was 4000.00. In addition they wanted to replace my entire exhaust system over a loose heat shield for another 6000.00. I took my vehicle to another mechanic. He removed the very small heat shield causing the rattle. Said it was insignificant. Then to reassure myself. Took it to a muffler shop Who said there was no reason to replace my muffler system nor would the removal of the heat shield cause any damage I am retired living on SS. Who has over 10000.00 dollars to spare. I always took my vehicle to Nissan but no longer can afford to repair and replace things unnecessarily. I am extremely disappointed and feel this was intentional taking advantage. More

The staff is terrible, they treated me great until I got the car and then once it was all said and done it went all downhill. I could not get a hold of anyone and when I called and asked to talk to the gene the car and then once it was all said and done it went all downhill. I could not get a hold of anyone and when I called and asked to talk to the general manager I got no response multiple times and I left my number and voicemails. I had issues with the finance department and was told that within a month of me buying the car the whole finance department changed. More
