I took my car in because the air conditioner was broken in a car I bought 2 years ago!!! I was told the wait time would be 2 hours but I waited 5 hours. I should have been offered a loaner but instead was in a car I bought 2 years ago!!! I was told the wait time would be 2 hours but I waited 5 hours.
