The service advisors are great, the work was great We do not often use Nissan for service on our Nissan work vans, simply because local auto repair shops other than Nissan are less expensive. But there are times when you need Nissan expertise and when it is something other than a basic and minor service, we choose Nissan at those times. I could not be more pleased with our Service Advisor Rebekah. Our trucks are service business trucks and when they are down, we lose income. Rebekah kept us informed so that we knew how to plan the next days schedule. Not only that, but she told us the truth rather than "what we wanted to hear" That is hard to do at times, as we know, because we are also in the service business.
