This is the 3rd leased Rogue I have gotten from your dealership and it was the worst experience ever! We had an appointment to trade my car in early. I asked if there were many upgrades to the 2020 comp dealership and it was the worst experience ever! We had an appointment to trade my car in early. I asked if there were many upgrades to the 2020 compared to my 2018(which I had no problems with my 2018) and was told yes. We went through with the deal even though the monthly payments are higher. We than sat for 1.5 hours to sign the final papers- there was a customer ahead of that was having issuses. After repeatedly being told "it will just be a few minutes" we told our salesman we were leaving with the old or new car but we were going home. He talked with finance and they said we could come back to sign and that ALL the paperwork would be ready when we got there we would just need to sign. I made an appointment for 9:30a on Sat. AGAIN, we sat there for 45mins. My husband was ready to leave again and I walked back to finance to them and suddenly they were ready for us. We have been LOYAL customers for many years and i find it unexceptable that we were treated like that. Also, 2 days later I get an email introducing the 2021 model which IS COMPLETELY upgraded. We were never told about this model coming out so soon. I would have kept my 2018 which I was happy with and waited for my lease to be up for the 2021. I am not sure when this lease is up if i will get another Nissan. This experience left a very BAD taste in my mouth. I have also had second thoughts of referring anyone to the dealership because of my experience. In these hard times as they are you think customer service would be more important than what we were shown. More
