Setting up my service was easy. Dropping off the vehicle was easy. I got the vehicle back in five hours which is great. But the technician broke my 12 V dual socket adapter. It appears as if I have holes in my plastic now where he remove the steering column. Looks like he used a screwdriver instead of a flat bar. And I did have an oil change done. The first light I came to and hit the gas my skid plate rattled. When I got home I had to tighten all eight bolts underneath to stop the skid plate from rattling. I did call in and report this to my service advisor. He did think that I should’ve had a better experience for my first experience at Nissan. He did ask me a question before I left though and he said in response to me asking him if everything went well. His response was the van only has 5000 miles on it, what could really be wrong with it? Well to answer that question there was nothing wrong with my vehicle until I took it to you and now I have a broken 12 V adapter, holes in my plastic on my steering column, and I had to finish the job and tighten my skid plate. Still waiting on a phone call to rectify the situation. I think that the bottom of my steering column should be replaced because there are visible holes in it now. The fact that something was broken off mine in my vehicle and nobody told me speaks volumes about the technician that serviced my vehicle. More
