My car was in the shop for a week. During this week of xxxx, I received no information about the vehicle, they didn’t diagnose in a timely manner, their staff seemed to not care about me as a customer. I dropped it off on Tues, work did not get started until Friday afternoon. Saturday I went in and it still was not diagnosed. Steve was atrocious at best at keeping me in the loop with everything. I strongly recommend no one use this shop until things get tightened up. I was just at the Jiffy Lube to get an oil change, and my battery died in their lot. They probably would’ve told me this had they diagnosed issues properly. More

Did not value me as customer once I signed paperwork. Paperwork incorrect and scratch on new lease was supposed to be scheduled for maintenance. Old lease not paid off... had to contact Headquarters of Paperwork incorrect and scratch on new lease was supposed to be scheduled for maintenance. Old lease not paid off... had to contact Headquarters of Nissan and open a case due to fact that no one at dealership wanted to be held accountable. Also had to file a complaint with State of Florida Attorney General Consumer online. Pending legal assistance at this point. Inept and untrustworthy. More
