I brought my car in on a Wednesday for a cvt oil exchange and was told there was a recall for the abs actuator. I asked if they had the part and was told with confidence yes. I was then given a loaner. I rec and was told there was a recall for the abs actuator. I asked if they had the part and was told with confidence yes. I was then given a loaner. I received a call later in the day that the part had to be ordered. After not hearing anything on Thursday I called Friday and was told the part would be in Saturday and should be ready. After not hearing anything I called but the service department was already closed. I called Monday morning to find out what was going on and was told the part was in and they were waiting on my car, which had been there since Wednesday. I was called back shortly after to be told my car would be ready at 3:00. This tells me they hadn’t started on the work and had no idea my car was there. Now the interior of my car has an unpleasant odor. Mechanically my car feels fine. After this experience I will not do business at West Palm Beach Nissan again. More
Nice facility and the free car wash put the icing on d cake... they didnt rotate my tires as requested but none the less I wasnt disappointed. I just did it myself when I got home. Great staff... It's always so busy and it seems that I alwats have to wait longer than advised.. this time it was said the car wash was behind. I noticed other people just as annoyed. I was then given information on air filters and such that was suggested to replace however you guys way overcharge for these. I can do it myself for less than half what you want to charge. People running around like chickens with their heads cut off...insane. So disappointing to have to endure. My floor board was wet n dirty from the car wash too. More

I had a very bad experience. Brought my truck in and it was only supposed to take a day and they ended up keeping it four days. When they returned my truck they had reprogrammed my key because they changed was only supposed to take a day and they ended up keeping it four days. When they returned my truck they had reprogrammed my key because they changed out the computer. They only reprogrammed one key so I had to go back again, this time they gave me a new key fob but did not put my old key back in. So I had to return a third time to have them cut me a new key Because they had thrown out the old one. At no time was the person waiting on me sympathetic, and was even quite rude sometimes. I spent four extra hours, plus multiple phone calls that were put through to voicemail. Very poor and unprofessional business. I received a call asking about my experience and I left this very same message but no one returned the call. More
