Hello Shirley, At the time of the inspection, our technician performed a tire tread depth check on all four tires. The inspection showed that the front tires had greater tread depth than the rear tires. Based on Nissan service guidelines and proper tire rotation practices, rotating the tires in this condition would not have been beneficial to you. This information was communicated during the visit, which is why a tire rotation was not recommended at that time. Our recommendation was made based strictly on the vehicle’s measured tread depths and the goal of maintaining proper tire wear and vehicle performance. We strive to provide accurate, transparent recommendations based on vehicle condition at the time of service, and this determination was made accordingly. What another dealership chooses to perform will not always align with our values and apologize if you feel differently.
