I have been a customer of I-95 Nissan for years, they never ceased to amaze me when it comes to how they treat their customers. I recently had a little mis-understanding with one of the service guys, onc never ceased to amaze me when it comes to how they treat their customers. I recently had a little mis-understanding with one of the service guys, once everything was clearly explained, I was blown away on how the service manager, Xavier, handled the situation. He did not only care my concern but he also valued my opinion on how I was seemed to be treated. This has been one of the greatest customer service experience that I've ever had. I will be forever an I-95 Nissan customer. The staff is very professional and respectful and treat customers with the utmost respect. I always recommend I-95 Nissan Dealership to my friends and family! More

I can only speak regarding the Service Dept. specifically, I can't speak for the rest of the dealership since the change of ownership to Krause Auto Group since I've had no dealings with them. However, I can say that the Service Dept. has significantly & dramatically improved since the prior ownership & I can specifically commend & speak highly of Austin Rummings (my service advisor) & also Xavier (new service manager). The dept. is run very orderly & efficiently & Austin is excellent about taking the time to explain everything in detail. More

Everyone was very helpful. Slight misunderstanding when buying a extended warranty. Was disappointed that I paid almost 2K for a CPO, but vehicle needed to be brought into the Slight misunderstanding when buying a extended warranty. Was disappointed that I paid almost 2K for a CPO, but vehicle needed to be brought into the shop for Major repair 1 week after purchase that should have been fixed before the car was ever sold to me. Now i'm on edge on what else might not has been checked for my 2K payment for a certified vehicle. The repair shop was very helpful in getting me my vehicle fixe quickly. More
