My name is Xavier Rivera, the Service Manager here at I-95 Nissan. I did speak with you regarding your concerns, and I wanted to follow up directly. Regarding the tire rotation, as we discussed, the tires were currently in their best wear position. it did not need a tire rotation. In addition, due to the aftermarket step rails that were installed, we were unable to safely lift the cargo van on our standard lift equipment. Because of that, we could not perform the rotation, so I'm glad you did not need one at that time. To complete the oil change, my technician had to service the vehicle from underneath while it was positioned on the floor rather than fully elevated on a lift. During that process, some residual oil was left underneath the vehicle. I sincerely apologize for that. I understand you have already cleaned the area, and I regret that you had to take care of that yourself. As we discussed, the splash shield bolts needed to be ordered. You mentioned you were busy that week and planned to come in that Saturday. I apologize for not following up to confirm another time that may have worked better for you, which was my responsibility. The replacement bolts are here and ready for you. Please feel free to come in at your earliest convenience, and I will personally ensure everything is properly secured and inspected. I am not sure what has changed. This is the second NV 3500 passenger van we have owned. Both with running boards installed and each have had most of their services and rotations performed at this dealership - this was the first time I ever had a poor experience. Thanks for your reply and for having the bolts available. I will stop by during the week to pick them up.
