Vehicle is still doing the exact same thing as brought into them. Was not provided the “3” battery test slips. Good thing I am a mechanic and will fix it myself even though I pay for warranty and my batte into them. Was not provided the “3” battery test slips. I drove 2 hours to get to this dealership. They were supposed to have the car ready to go. Not only was it not ready, they continued to jack me around promising it would only be another 15 minutes. Even supposed to have the car ready to go. Not only was it not ready, they continued to jack me around promising it would only be another 15 minutes. Eventually, I had to leave without the car and make a second trip. That's when I found out there was only one key! A key costs $45, and little or nothing for them to program. Which they claimed the could not do. I texted the salesman to help me get the key made, so that I wouldnt have to wait on my THIRD trip to the dealership. He ignored me, and when I got there I learned that they didnt even have the key blank!!! They offered to order it at my expense, and send it to me so I can have a locksmith program it, also at my expense. I told them not to bother. I was just actually in the market for 2 cars, but theres no way in xxxx I'd consider buying the second one from them. More
