Slow service poor service. I have had my new truck there for two days to have a hitch and a bed cover installed way to long to do the work. When I bought my truck the salesman I have had my new truck there for two days to have a hitch and a bed cover installed way to long to do the work. When I bought my truck the salesman said they would call when the receiver and how package was in. After 3 days I am being told the wiring harness 1) isn't in 2, we have the wrong one. Why didn't they wait till they have everything they need before calling? More

Worst Experience I have EVER had at this dealership I went in on Saturday with my RAV4. I had a surly clerk helping me. When I advised her I had a coupon, I literally had to force it on her. When I advised her that I also NEEDED my tires rotated, she stated there would be a "CHARGE" for this. I advised her that, if she look at my information, she would see that I purchased these tires here, and that after getting a set, that shredded in the first few months, I came in & had them replaced with a better set, she would see that there is NO charge for this. I advised her that I would be waiting, since she did not bother to ask me. When I was presented with my invoice I noted that it was higher that it should have been. By then, she was gone, she did not EVEN bother to go over with me any issues that were noted during my multi point inspection. I expected to be discussing my brakes, on this visit, & a change of my air filters., but I guess she didn't care if they needed replacing or not. I noted to the cashier, that this was a high charge as I had a coupon for 44.95. I was ONLY discounted a mere 5.00. Why? 5.00 are you kidding me? What kind of customer service is this? She did not even bother to change the field & enter her name on my invoice. She left the previous advisor's name in the field. I had the EXACT SAME SERVICE, but that time I had a 20.00 coupon. So WHY did i pay an additional amount, when I presented a valid coupon? I wanted an explanation of the extra charge, which was unacceptable, since I had a coupon, but she literally gave me folded paper work and WALKED away. I am extremely upset, as in the four years, I have taken my 2014 RAV4 in for service, I have never been treated in such a hostile & rude manner. I want am contacting the dealership for a review of my invoice & a refund for my services, as I used a coupon & was over charged, by this surly employee. The only person who was helpful was the cashier & she as well noted the overcharges, but this employee was gone before we could question her. More

I know cause I put a mark on all my tires and took a video of it and when I check them after I got home i learned that no tire rotation was done. Anyway I like the service managers they are all nice. Service advisor 25k services, tire rotation, battery corrosion and trans update. Every time I mentioned a service needed done I was told I'm being charged. Yes Toyota care was up but I bought the extra maintenance. 2 oil change and 4 rotation. Battery is still leaking acid. Trans still hasn't been updated. Not sure why if Toyota offers a update why is it so hard to get one. I was told battery was ok. When I ask why the battery center tie down clamp had evidence of corrosion was told maybe driving through rain caused the corrosion to move. BS not my first vehicle. Also told I needed a alignment. Truck had no pull to the left or right before the service. Funny thing is it feel like it pulls now. Was talking with another customer had the same advisor she wasn't to happy with the same person. Other advisers I had no problem with. So guess the rant is over. More
Finally Fixed One of my tires kept leaking and we couldn't figure out why, continually made the "idiot light" on the dash come on. Finally, found it was a rim wei One of my tires kept leaking and we couldn't figure out why, continually made the "idiot light" on the dash come on. Finally, found it was a rim weight not put on correctly. They adjusted and now I'm good to go. They were so good about everything. These are really good guys that are truly concerned with the vehicles and the customer's satisfaction. I can't see not entrusting my vehicle to them. More
