Our vehicle was towed to the Toyota dealership minutes before service closed for the weekend (Local rental car companies were also closed.) Mike, in the service department was able to get us a quick answer on the gravity of the situation...blown motor. He put us in touch with the general manager, Louie, who displayed incredible empathy for our situation and then asked Heather to further help us. They loaned us a vehicle for the weekend free of charge which allowed us to get to a hotel and figure things out. From service to sales, we were blown away by customer service!
