The sales team, especially John Scobie were great!John went over and above when we called about someone else's keys being left in our vehicle after service. No one in service returned our calls. Left someone else's keys in our vehicle, and never called back when we let them know. We had to bring them back and we live at least 40 minutes away. Also did not explain that the hook up of the wire harness for the tow package was in the spare tire area of the hatch on our Rav4. We looked under the car for it and then ended up having to call the service dept. More
