If I could give this dealership a 0 I would. Paid $3000 If I could give this dealership a 0 I would. Paid $3000 for a platinum extended warranty. When my hybrid battery would not start due to cold weather If I could give this dealership a 0 I would. Paid $3000 for a platinum extended warranty. When my hybrid battery would not start due to cold weather ; which Was not told to me nor in the contract about starting a hybrid battery. After a long battle they agreed to pay for half The three years was up but I had 25,000 more miles to the warranty expired. I was lied to and mis-lead from the very beginning! Ironically everyone I dealt with was fired the next day. Never do business with Rountree In Lake city Florida! More
