Drove over 300mi with terminally I'll passenger on oxygen. Fuel pump went out 9 mi. From dealership. Chad delayed his lunch hour to see that our problem was diagnosed. Chad arranged for tow service and a loner vehicle so we could get back home until mine was repaired. He went out of his way to help us and was very professional. Every company should look for employees like Chad. More
