The service writer, Ivan Santos, was so friendly, courteous, and offered a lot of information of what to expect. I was there for about an hour. He came out and said it had been repaired and I could go ahead and go. I asked how much was the charge and he said no charge. It was just a few clips which they already had. I was amazed and in shock and delighted! I am so impressed with this service department and I will recommend them to everyone I know. More

Great service! Ivan was great answering all my questions and promptly getting back with me with any changes needed throughout the day as my car was being serviced.
