When I have my oil changed, Mitchell makes sure I have a ride to work, redeem Mitchell and Mrs. Katie always take care of me at Rountree Moore Toyota. When I have my oil changed, Mitchell makes sure I have a ride to work, redeems my coupons and honors my time. He is hardworking and makes it his goal to please his customers. Mrs. Katie tends to me when it comes time to pay. She makes our exchange seem more like a neighborly visit than a check out at a business. Fast intake, great and courteous service and reasonably pric Ivan greeted me at the intake Bay for service. He escorted me to the waiting area and told me how long it would take before he knew something about my vehicle. While I was in the waiting area other employees offered help to link in with the wi-fi at the dealership. Ivan came to let me know what was going on with my vehicle within the time frame he had suggested initially and offered me options for repair of my truck. The entire experience was pleasant and non-stressful. I will come back to the Lake City Toyota dealership again for any needs I may have in the future and I will recommend this dealership and the service to anyone who asks. More

His excellent representation of Roundtree service department keeps me coming back and referring my family.. My recent visit I walked to pay through the sales entrance and as soon as I exited my truck a sales rep shouted from a short distance may I help you. I heard him before I saw him. Then two ladies came up to me the same way before I reached the door. I felt bum rushed as if I was trustpassing on private property and didn’t belong. They never said hello how are you!They was so causally dressed they didn’t look like sales personnel which through me off. I said ,”I have 4 Toyotas while holding 4 fingers up, one being serviced, I’m fine for today just to fend them off me. I did not like that feeling. More
