I showed up for the appointment and was not on the schedule and no discount was offered. I questioned this and was told by the service manager that the Sales Dept often does this to get customers to come in. More

Transmission nightmare 2 transmissions in a period of 2 weeks... Then to top it off, we remove their service paper to find greasy boot prints all over the driver side of th 2 transmissions in a period of 2 weeks... Then to top it off, we remove their service paper to find greasy boot prints all over the driver side of the van.. we even had a rubber floor mat and they managed to get grease all over the van. (Wish I could post pictures) Never expected this from a Toyota dealership. . They are closed but first thing Monday morning I will Be contacting management. More
