Superior in Every Way I always trust Roundtree Toyota with my 4 Runner for 15 yrs now, so much so that I never let anyone else mess with it, not even an oil change is done I always trust Roundtree Toyota with my 4 Runner for 15 yrs now, so much so that I never let anyone else mess with it, not even an oil change is done anywhere else!!! It's always a pleasant experience no matter who waits on me and I always leave knowing my truck in great shape and that my truck will take care of me on the roads. I'm a long time widow, always on the road by myself, including a lot of back roads, so I depend on my truck to keep me safe. I never worry cause I know Roundtree Toyota's always got my back!!! They are Superior in every way and I recommend them for "Sales" and "Service" to everyone I know, and that's a lot of people!!! I would like to give special attention to Mitchell Summerlin, Service advisor, and to Chris Summerlin, Service Dept Mgr, who both went "above and beyond" for me on my last visit!!! Service Representative I found this to be the first time in the many years that I have been to a Toyota service station to feel as though I was not being taken advantage of. That made me feel very comfortable and not feel as though I was pushed into purchasing parts that were not necessary. More

Speedy service. courteous and knowledgeable staff. I was pleasantly surprised when Mitchell told me he could take care of my Toyota recall on the engine harness in 30 minutes. Usually good but disappointed Oil change was fine. Friendliness was fine. Cleanliness of the showroom was all fine. I’m a repeat customer. I bought a vehicle from this dealership. My complaint was that a lie was typed into my service receipt. While there for an oil change I was made aware of a recall on my Sienna’s sliding door. I live over an hour away. I was told it was a half days worth of work to fix the recall. On my receipt it says “a rental was offered and customer refused.” I was NEVER offered a rental. It was suggested to me to schedule an appointment at a later day to fix it. The word “RENTAL” was never even mentioned. It says customer denied recall like 4 times. It came up once in conversation. Is this just a way of covering yourself if something were to happen? It comes of as dishonest. And if you’re dishonest on paperwork to cover yourself, what other things are you dishonest about or willing to be dishonest about in the future to cover yourselves. It has left a really bad taste for me and it makes me question whether I’ll ever return. More
