Traveling home after Christmas we blew a tire on I-75 and Toyota Roadside Service had us towed to Rountree Moore. More

Our Prius stopped running on I-10 on December 24. The tow truck dropped our Prius at Rountree Toyota December 24 afternoon. We were on our way to family Christmas and live 110 miles from Lake City. That afternoon before Service closed for Christmas the Service Advisor Ashley efficiently processed our emergency and the mechanic was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Although we we transferred our luggage and presents to another car & continued the trip, quick service was imperative. The morning after Christmas Ashley called us with the mechanic's news that he could repair car and have us back on road that afternoon. We are extremely pleased with the good communication and the responsive service, especially as this problem happened during the Holiday. A big thanks to Ashley and the mechanic. P.S. We appreciate the mechanic's extra attention to preventing the same problem from recurring. More

Satisfactory but far from exceptional. Have had issues with tailgate on two occasions - not going up all the way. Have not had explanation of that. Other dealers but far from exceptional. Great service! As I arrived, there was a young lady waiting as I parked. I didn't notice her directly as I was on a conference call. I got out my car, she got in.
