Bought a less than (1) year old, Certified Pre-Owned, $60,000.00 Vehicle with less than 1,000 miles on it. Within (1) week the huge molding/trim that runs the entire length of the roof was blowing in th $60,000.00 Vehicle with less than 1,000 miles on it. Within (1) week the huge molding/trim that runs the entire length of the roof was blowing in the wind. There is no-way that was checked in the supposed 120 point CPO inspection. We found it ourselves. Also was informed by Toyota Management that we were sold “too expensive & extensive” of an add-on warranty. Now we have to go back to this dealership and not only take a day out of our busy work schedules to have the trim replaced, but also have to confer with the finance department again on how to fix the incorrect extended warranty we were sold. Ever so dissatisfied & disappointed. More
