they made a lot of mistakes with us and They don’t tell you all thats in the paperwork that you are digitally signing and I will never deal with them again. While the actual sale experience was standard, the actual piece of getting the car was not what we were promised. We made the sale with your traveling salesman and he promised us that the splash guard under piece of getting the car was not what we were promised. We signed paperwork on a Saturday evening and the car was to be delivered on that Monday. I had to call the dealership on Monday only to find out that no service had been completed, the nose piece was not in, the car had not been detailed and would not be delivered. We picked up the vehicle Monday evening with the understanding that the sales manager, Vic, would call when the nose piece was in and they would detail the car when they installed that piece. We have not gotten a call since. So, our car did not get the service we were promised when buying. With the run around that we got, I would not be likely to recommend the dealership. After my initial review, I was contacted by the dealership and the service was completed to our purchased vehicle in a timely manner. More
