So I was at the dealership with my mom today while she had her car serviced. I go outside around 9 am for a cigarette and the cigarette can is on the side of the building. I'm caught off guard but I heard it plane as day. Then he repeats it. I don't think he knew that I was behind one of the poles. I made sure to stop by his desk when I was done with my cigarette. Caleb, did an outstanding job keeping us informed of when the vehicle would be arriving and after the vehicle arrives, he took care of us in receiving the vehicle on time.
