Our interaction with Rountree Moore Toyota was good. Michael originally is the one who I spoke to over the phone and we set up a time to meet. However, Caleb took over for Michael on the day we arrived Michael originally is the one who I spoke to over the phone and we set up a time to meet. However, Caleb took over for Michael on the day we arrived and we were able to put a deposit down on a vehicle that we agreed upon. The vehicle we wanted was not in stock so we had to wait quite a while for it. Ended up taking about 48 days before the car came in but Caleb explained all of that at the time we put the deposit down. Caleb was very friendly & professional and when the car finally came in it was exactly what we had ordered. I guess if I had one complaint, it would be that I wish we had more of a follow up/ update during the 48 days we were waiting on our vehicle to arrive. I had to make contact to check up on it. But other than that, overall a good experience. More
